WE all know exercise is an integral part of our being but a lot of the time we do not act on this, and it becomes last week’s news. Until now, the “Dare to be Free” fitness truck has been making its way around NYC to help you all thanks to Freeletics…

In 2013 Freeletics came to life with a mission to challenge and inspire people to become the greatest version of themselves. To date the bootstrapped company has created some of Europe’s number one fitness and personal coaching apps, with nearly 32 million users worldwide across 160 countries.

“Freeletics has created a concept to allow all people, no matter their background, to train their physical strength and willpower without the usual hurdles such as money, equipment, schedules or experience. To train “free” of limits.” said Freeletics CEO, Daniel Sobhani.

Going beyond their digital footprint, Freeletics launched their new campaign and touring New York City this month is The Dare to be Free fitness truck. The 24ft glass box truck is a custom-built fitness space which includes a self-run treadmill, chin up bar, squat rack, battle ropes, gym bench and kettle bells. After the company saw a record growth of 120% in core markets over the last six months, they are poised for exponential global growth.

To coincide with this fitness engagement, Freeletics conducted a survey with results showing that 42% of Americans “don’t have enough time” to work out, 15% would rather watch Netflix than workout and two in five Americans feel “too old” to work out.

These results are alarming, especially when we have access to so many resources to assist our well-being. As individuals it really is up to us to make sure we maintain a healthy lifestyle, and with Freeletics we now have a valid reason to skip Netflix for an hour or more, and make our day even brighter, healthier and fulfilling.
