The Aberrus will not fail to reward its farmers with the greatest rewards possible. Level up games, rarest weapons and trinkets, cosmetics, and more. There are so many that you may not have time to grow them all. In this case, don't forget to buy an Aberrus raid boost. But whichever way you choose to clear Aberrus, it would be helpful to know its more unique rewards. This short text gives an overview.
Neltharion's Trinkets
Video game developers love making bigger bosses contain special loot. Neltharion, the leader of the black dragons, is one of the most iconic characters in the Warcraft universe. Aberrus has his Echo as one of the final bosses. So it's no wonder he was chosen to drop a series of powerful but unusual trinkets.
Each trinket is a sort of “Call of Neltharion”. However, each of them “calls out” a different emotion or state. Additionally, each appeal can only be brought by a certain number of classes. Finally, each trinket grants a buff at a nefarious cost. Such an effect perfectly reflects the nature of the one better known as Deathwing.
Dominance is what Echo's trinket promises to bring to Warlocks, Hunters, Shamans and Monks. It improves their main stats per stack. This comes at the cost of a notable reduction in mobility.
A different state is offered to Demon Hunters, Warriors, Evokers, Mages and Paladins. They will be able to unleash Chaos on the battlefield thanks to the increase in their main statuette. However, the damage dealt to them will also be increased.
The bearers of the last bauble of the Echo and their enemies will experience great suffering. Once again, Death Knights, Rogues, Druids, and Priests have their primary status upgraded. The price to pay is a nasty DoT that inflicts a bit of Shadow damage on your character over time. It seems this bauble could literally make someone else suffer. For example, the healers in your raid or group.
Cosmetics and frames
Another bauble is also linked to Neltharion's ‘echo' and relates to a sort of ‘call'. It comes from the description of the Black and Howling Dragonscale itself. This dragon scale gives a chance to increase leech and critical hits. Additionally, it can be used to cast a powerful AoE spell. The AoE has a 3 minute cooldown and an unusual requirement: run 15 yards.
However, the trinket has one spectacular feature besides a nice buff and a spell to place in your rotation. This buff is followed by a nice visual effect: transparent dragon wings appear on your back.

Another item worth mentioning is the Djaruun, Pillar of the Elder Flame. This weapon is a reward for facing Rashok, the Elder Djaradin of the Zaqali tribe. It has a fairly rare model and a flame effect that reflects a no less significant flame ability that the Djaruun can use to cast.
It will be even more beautiful with the visual effect granted by the Obsidian Aspect Earth Stone. Unfortunately, the last one is a reward for a Dragonflight Season 2 Hero Achievement that's pretty hard to get.

Finally, the frames. The Shadowflame Shalewing mount is received for completing all Raider Aberrus achievements. The model of the frame is not very new. In fact, a similar mount, the Igneous Shalewing, can be purchased from the Niffen vendor for the coveted trinkets.

But there is one reward that will not leave anyone indifferent: the Highland Drake: The embodiment of the Hellforged. It's especially important for the current expansion, as it ties into the Dragon Ride feature. This manuscript allows you to make your Highland Drake look like Kazzara. So it's no surprise that she's the one who brings him down.
