AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX : 24 Go de mémoire GDDR6 à 20 Gbps avec un bus de 384 bits [Rumor]

AMD will announce its flagship RDNA 3 on November 3 to take on the recently launched GeForce RTX 4090. The Radeon RX 7900 XTX will be equipped with the full-fledged Navi 31 die, six memory dies (MCD) and a 384-bit bus. From what we've heard over the past few months, each of the MCDs will consist of a 64-bit bus and 32 MB of L3 cache (16 MB of planar cache + 16 MB of 3D V-Cache). Additionally, the

Over the past few weeks, we have discussed the Navi 31 graphics core in great detail. It will include 12,288 shaders distributed across 48 WPGs and 6 Shader Arrays. More detailed specifications are as follows:

The RX 7900 XT will come with a reduced GPU and bus. The GPU includes 10,752 cores on a 320-bit bus paired with 20GB of GDDR6 memory clocked at 20Gbps. The memory configuration indicates that there will only be five memory complex arrays instead of six. The cache memory will also be “castrated”, with 160 MB distributed across five MCDs (16 MB 1Hi + 16 MB 2Hi each).

Both RX 7900s will feature a Type-C adapter, dual display ports, and a single HDMI port.
