First, decide on the location of the webcam – it's usually best to place it in the center of the top of the monitor.

Depending on the model or design of your webcam, it will likely come with a flexible base that can be used as a clamp or stand – unfold the webcam by separating the base.

Place the front of the clip on the monitor in the desired location with the webcam facing the front.

Next, release the bottom of the webcam onto the back of the monitor to ensure a good grip.

To connect the webcam to a monitor:

Plug the webcam's USB cable into the monitor's available USB port.

Depending on the webcam, you may need to visit the manufacturer's website to obtain the webcam's software, then download and install it. Others come with a CD containing the software. Simply insert it and follow the instructions. Finally, the software may be recognized immediately and displayed on the screen; all you have to do is click on Install

Once the installation is complete, select your preferred settings

Then go to Settings on your monitor

Select Privacy, find webcam in the options on the left and click on it.
