The graphics card market has largely stabilized as previous generation hardware finally settles on concrete prices. The GeForce RTX 3090 is mostly priced around $1,000, the RTX 3080 Ti a few hundred dollars less, and the RTX 3090 Ti a few hundred dollars more. The RTX 3080 can be purchased for $699, while its 12GB variant is $50-100 more expensive. On eBay, the GeForce RTX 3090 is sold at even lower prices: Link
A number of sellers with impeccable track records are selling the RTX 3090 for less than $800: One, based in Florida, has listed the Founders Edition for $749, and another, based in China, is selling the variant ASUS TUF for $770.
It's best to buy the RTX 3080 Ti from Newegg, as the prices are essentially the same. A brand new GPU for $819, a significant discount of almost $400 off its $1,199 MSRP.
A refurbished MSI Ventus is priced at $690, but it's worth noting that it's shipped from Hong Kong by a “Top Rated” seller, albeit new.
On the AMD side, the Radeon RX 6900 XT is priced at just $654 on Newegg, a few dozen dollars less than the lowest price ever reached:Link
On eBay, a top seller has listed the reference card (believed to be in mint condition) for $625. It ships from Maryland, USA.
The latest card isn't for most people but can be a worthwhile buy if you're into overclocking and modding. The PowerColor Red Devil RX 6950 XT is priced at $784 on Amazon. Although it is slightly faster than the 6900 XT, it runs at relatively higher frequencies than AIB's other offerings.
